Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to paid SystemLink Core educational programs invoiced by us. Website pricing is informational; this policy applies once payment is received.

1. Eligibility

You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have not accessed more than 20% of course materials and have not attended a live critique session. After that window, refunds are partial or declined as described below.

2. Timeframe to request

Submit refund requests by email to contact@systemlink-core.digital within the eligibility window, including your invoice number and reason.

3. Full vs partial refunds

Full refund: within 7 days and under the access limits above.

Partial refund (50%): between day 8 and day 21 if fewer than half the live sessions have occurred and materials access remains under 50%.

No refund: after day 21, after attending half or more of live sessions, or after downloading the full template pack for team redistribution.

4. Non-refundable items

Custom Metric Contract Clinics, privately scheduled team workshops after the workshop date has passed, and third-party tool licenses are non-refundable.

5. Refund process

We confirm receipt within two business days, review access logs, and notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible.

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 10–15 business days. Banks may take additional time to post credits.

7. Refund method

Bank transfer or card credit matching the original payment. We do not issue cash refunds from the office.

8. Cancellation by SystemLink Core

If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later cohort at no extra fee.

9. Exceptions

Documented medical emergencies or employer funding clawbacks may be considered case-by-case with supporting documentation. Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may result in suspended access pending resolution.
